Financing Your Tiny Home

Our homes are built to code, with all necessary permits and inspections. They are also built to be placed on a permanent, approved foundation which means that traditional lenders have now begun working with our clients to finance their homes.

Sycamore Tiny Homes DOES NOT provide financing...but if you would qualify for a modest traditional mortgage there is a very good chance you will be able to mortgage your tiny home if you meet the lender's requirements.
