We've had such an overwhelmingly positive response to our tiny home designs and so many inquiries that Sycamore Tiny Homes is pleased to add design packages to our services. These are ideal for those who are building their own tiny home or who are renovating an existing structure.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not professional interior designers! We are tiny home builders with a background in construction, renovation, and property maintenance. Over the years we have accumulated experience in interior finishes and general construction. We are pairing this with our knowledge of tiny home construction and the challenges of fitting real life into small spaces.

Package #1 : Floorplan Layout - $199+tx

We will have 1-2 sit down design meetings where we will discuss your goals, style, budget, ideal square footage, and many other aspects of designing a well thought out, functional, and beautiful space. At the end of our meeting(s) you will have a floorplan that works for your lifestyle and budget. From here you may want to have the plans professionally drafted at a drafter of your choice.

Package #2: Floorplan Layout & Interior Finishes-$349+tx

Includes the same floor plan design assistance as in package #1, plus additional guidance in choosing fixtures, finishes, paint colors, flooring, etc. This is where your home becomes a real reflection of YOU.

Package #3: Floorplan Layout, Interior Finishes, Professional Blueprints - Starting at $899+tx

A complete package to get you started! Floorplan layout, interior finishes consultation, and professional blueprints. This package starts at $899. We interface with the drafter to ensure the blueprints contain everything in your chosen design. *price of blueprint package will ultimately depend on length of time required to draft plans or make changes after initial set of drafts are completed.*
